Diagnosing Uterine Fibroids
The diagnosis of leiomyomas is usually easily determined by imaging studies such as ultrasonography, MRI (magnetic resonance imagery), and CT (computed tomography). Currently, MRI is the most common method of confirming the diagnosis of leiomyomas.

MRI scans are performed in our center as a convenience to our patients. This helps eliminate traveling to multiple offices and hospitals for diagnosis and treatment of your fibroids.
